Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Flic Finder App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App to:
- post unlawful, harassing, hateful, explicit, violent, or harmful content
- share private or sensitive locations without consent
- impersonate others or misrepresent identity
- upload spam, automated posts, or malicious code
- interfere with App security or operation
Violations may result in account restriction or suspension.
2. AI-Training Restriction
User Content shared on Flic Finder shall not be used for training, fine-tuning, or improving generative AI systems and is not provided to third parties for AI dataset purposes. Content is processed only for operation, moderation, safety, and platform functionality by Flic Finder and its pertiant affiliates.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services. Their terms apply separately. We do not authorize partners to use User Content for AI-training purposes.
4. Content Safety & Trauma-Liability Disclaimer
We employ preventative moderation measures, automated detection, human review, and community reporting tools to reduce prohibited content, including malicious, explicit, graphic, or harmful material. However, no system is perfect.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
- you may occasionally encounter disturbing or inappropriate content posted by other users
- Flic Finder is not responsible for emotional distress, discomfort, or trauma resulting from exposure to user-generated content
- you are responsible for promptly reporting such content through in-app tools or support channels
- we will take reasonable and appropriate action consistent with our moderation policies and applicable law, but we do not guarantee complete prevention or immediate removal of all harmful content
This clause does not waive rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by The State of Connecticut, The United States of America, subject to applicable consumer-rights rules.
